Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana is hiring integrated behavioral health consultants (BHC) as Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW to join our primary care behavioral health team across clinics including pediatrics and rural health.

You will provide brief 20-30 minute interventions within a PCBH framework, working closely with primary care providers and clinical staff to develop and implement plans for diverse patients while maintaining a flexible schedule in a Monday–Friday operation.

Qualifications

• Education required: LCSW or LCPC; Montana licensure or ability to apply for licensure prior to starting employment.
• Interest or experience with brief evidence-based interventions for individuals across the life span.
• Team-based care experience or willingness to collaborate with primary care providers and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Integrated primary care team member providing brief 20-30 minute interventions for a wide variety of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all ages in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and the PCBH team to develop and implement treatment plans and provide on-the-fly consultation.
• Support diverse patient populations and adapt interventions for different ages.
• Flexible schedule; clinic operates Monday–Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm; both full-time and part-time roles considered.
• No call obligations.
• Montana licensure in LCSW or LCPC required or ability to obtain before starting employment.
