Qualifications

• Experience with brief evidence-based interventions across the lifespan is preferred.
• Familiarity with primary care behavioral health integration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief 20–30 minute behavioral health interventions within primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and staff using PCBH model to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Offer on-the-fly consultation to providers and support staff to increase access to behavioral health care.
• Contribute to a team-based care environment across pediatrics, family medicine, and rural health clinics.
