Job summary

Benefis Health System is seeking an integrated Behavioral Health Consultant to join our primary care behavioral health team as a Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW. Positions span clinics across Montana, including pediatrics and family medicine.

The role provides brief 20-30 minute interventions and works closely with primary care providers. The clinician will follow the PCBH model to develop treatment plans, increase access to behavioral health care, and offer on-the-fly consults.

Qualifications

• Provide brief 20-30 minute interventions for diverse patient concerns in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with PCPs and a team of behavioral health consultants to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Serve across full lifespan with interests in brief evidence-based interventions and team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Work with PCBH model to increase access to behavioral health care.
• Provide on-the-fly consultation for primary care providers.
• Flex scheduling; clinics open Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm; full-time or part-time potential.
