Benefis Health System, one of Montana's largest health systems, invites applications for an Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) to join our primary care behavioral health team as a Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW. Opportunities across pediatrics, rural health clinics, and family medicine.

The role provides brief 20-30 minute interventions, works within the PCBH model to develop care plans, and supports patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience with brief evidence-based interventions across life span.
• Experience with team-based care.
• Active Montana licensure or ability to apply prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Integrated primary care team member providing brief 20-30 minute interventions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and PCBH team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Increase patient access to behavioral health care and provide on-the-fly consultation for providers.
