Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT seeks an LCPC or Psychologist to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team in primary care. You will provide brief 20-30 minute interventions for patients of all ages, collaborating with primary care providers to develop and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LCPC with active Montana licensure or ability to apply for licensure prior to starting employment.
• Experience in integrated primary care or behavioral health in primary care setting preferred.
• Ability to provide brief evidence-based interventions across the lifespan.
• Flexible schedule; clinic open Monday–Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm; no on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief 20-30 minute interventions for a wide range of health and behavioral concerns across patients of all ages in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and behavioral health staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Increase patient access to behavioral health care and provide on-the-fly consultation for providers.
• Work within the PCBH model and team-based care to support integrated care.
