Job summary

Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking an integrated Behavioral Health Consultant to join our primary care behavioral health team as a Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW. The position involves brief 20-30 minute interventions for patients of all ages, collaborating with primary care providers and a team of behavioral health consultants within the PCBH model.

Qualifications

• Active Montana licensure or ability to obtain before starting employment.
• Interest/experience in brief evidence-based interventions.
• Experience with team-based care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief 20-30 minute interventions for diverse patients in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and a team of behavioral health consultants.
• Develop and implement treatment plans within the PCBH model.
• Offer on-the-fly consultation to providers for behavioral health concerns.
• Support patients across the full life span with evidence-based approaches.

Education

LCSW or LCPC license (Montana licensure)
