Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist primary care providers in recognizing and treating mental health disorders and substance use within the primary care setting.
• Triage and manage patients; develop treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide short-term therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing).
• Review medical records prior to initial evaluations to inform assessments.
• Complete clinical documentation (intake, termination, billing) in a timely, compliant manner.
