Responsibilities

• Review medical records prior to initial evaluation to familiarize with patient history and complete a thorough assessment.
• Assess behavioral health disorders and substance use continuum using clinical skills.
• Deliver brief therapies (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, etc.).
• Collaborate with primary care team to design and monitor treatment plans.
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and timely.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other directly-related Human Service discipline
