Responsibilities

• Review medical records prior to initial evaluation to understand patient history and ensure thorough assessment.
• Assess behavioral health disorders and substance use needs using screening and clinical interview.
• Apply brief treatment approaches (e.g., CBT, MI, Problem-Solving Therapy, Supportive Therapy).
• Design and implement behavioral health treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
