Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Service field.

• Strong communication and computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records prior to initial evaluation to understand patient history.
• Assess behavioral health and substance use needs within primary care.
• Provide brief therapy using modalities such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
• Develop and update treatment plans with the care team.
• Complete clinical documentation including intake and billing forms on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
