Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and perform thorough assessments.
• Assess behavioral health disorders and substance use continuum.
• Deliver brief therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Design treatment plans with the primary care team.
• Educate staff and providers on behavioral health and substance use.
• Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes.
• Learn insurance standards for commercial and Mass Health products.
• Develop supervision plans and meet regularly with supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and build relationships with care teams and patients.
