Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services in Plaistow & Epping is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Clinician to join embedded care teams in primary care settings serving ages 3-25. You will conduct brief therapy, screenings, and collaborative care planning with PCPs, using CBT, Motivational Interviewing and other modalities.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field and NH licensure (LICSW or LMHC).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related Human Service field.
• NH licensure as LICSW or LMHC required.
• Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records prior to initial evaluation to familiarize with the patient's history.
• Assess patients for behavioral health disorders and substance use issues.
• Utilize brief treatment modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation.
• Design and implement behavioral health treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide education curricula for staff and other providers.
• Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes.
