The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Intake Manager to lead an intake team delivering client conversions with coaching excellence and operational rigor. You will supervise Intake Leads and Specialists, set clear expectations, and drive performance in both virtual and in-office settings.

You will coach on consultations, analyze performance data, and coordinate with leadership on staffing, QA, and compliance. Strong CRM skills (Litify/Salesforce) and bilingual Spanish-English communication are

• Experience leading intake teams and coaching staff.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• CRM usage and documentation proficiency (Litify/Salesforce).
• Bilingual Spanish + English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Intake Leads and Specialists with clear expectations.
• Own conversion performance across the team and analyze gaps.
• Coach and observe consultations; provide feedback and escalation when needed.
• Run daily huddles; partner on staffing, hiring, and coaching priorities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and QA protocols.
• Participate in hiring decisions for Intake roles.
