Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a high-impact Vice President of Intake to lead conversion across remote Latin America and in-office U.S. teams. You will shape strategy, coaching, and execution to turn consultations into signed cases, while managing staffing, performance, and expansion plans.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a strong sales leadership background, and willingness to travel 50%+. You will build a high-performing, cross-functional intake organization aligned to growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years sales leadership with multi-team exposure.
• Proven track record in conversion-driven environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams across locations or nearshore.
• Experience with compensation design and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Intake conversion performance across Virtual and Office channels.
• Lead and develop a dual-channel Intake organization; coach leaders at all levels.
• Design and execute launch frameworks for new offices and locations.
• Develop differentiated strategies for Virtual vs Office environments.
• Standardize intake consultations; enforce BD Playbook and coaching cadences.
• Enable performance with Amazon Connect; monitor analytics for coaching.
• Collaborate with leadership on compensation and talent retention.
• Drive operational excellence with reporting and SOPs.
• Ensure consultations meet legal, ethical and quality standards.
