Lisinski Law Firm seeks an Intake Manager to lead a team focused on conversion, client experience, and growth. You will coach and develop Intake Leads, analyze performance data, and drive strategies to improve outcomes and team effectiveness.

You will work with Leadership, Training, and QA to align staffing, coaching standards, and goals, while managing hiring and client escalations. This role offers performance-based incentives beyond hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a consultative sales role with demonstrated conversion performance.
• 2-4 years leading a team with coaching and accountability.
• CRM performance tracking and documentation proficiency (Litify/Salesforce).
• Phone and video consultations to support overflow and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Leads and Specialists with regular feedback.
• Drive conversion, client experience, and operational results from performance data.
• Partner with Leadership, Training, and Quality Assurance on staffing and goals.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring and escalations.
