Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion, client experience, and operational results using data.
• Partner with Leadership, Training, and QA to align staffing and coaching standards.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring and performance improvement.
