Lisinski Law Firm in New York, NY seeks a hands-on Vice President of Intake to lead our growth-driven Intake organization, coaching leaders across remote Latin America and U.S. offices to maximize consultation-to-case conversion.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; travel 50%+ is required to coach teams and build partnerships, driving staffing and performance ramp in new locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving conversion rate improvements.
• Experience leading multi-location and remote teams across offices and nearshore locations.
• Structured coaching cadences with measurable impact on performance.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-moving organizations.
• Experience in consultative, high-stakes sales environments (legal services preferred).
• Experience with sales compensation design.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Intake conversion performance across Virtual and Office channels.
• Lead and develop dual-channel Intake organization with coaching and staffing optimization.
• Design and execute Intake launch frameworks for new offices.
• Develop differentiated intake channel strategies for Virtual and Office environments.
• Standardize consultation effectiveness with playbooks, coaching, and resources.
• Enable Intake performance through Amazon Connect with analytics and coaching.
• Partner on compensation design to motivate conversion excellence.
• Drive operational excellence with reporting and SOPs.
• Ensure consultations meet legal, ethical, and quality standards.
