Universal Health Services, Inc. Fremont Hospital is seeking an Intake Administrative Assistant for the AM shift (7:00am–3:30pm). You will handle inquiry calls to the Intake Department, update the bed board, and schedule assessments.

You will obtain necessary signatures from patients and coordinate with department nurses and admissions staff, performing other non-clinical duties as assigned. Fremont Hospital provides inpatient psychiatric care and related services.

Qualifikationen

• One year of experience in human services, social services, psychiatric, or mental health settings performing administrative duties.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries by phone.
• CPR with AED certification current and CPI training within 90 days of employment.
