Universal Hospital Services Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator RN for the NOC shift at Fremont Hospital in Fremont, CA. The role focuses on initial medical screening and coordinating with medical staff to determine the safest level of care for patients.

The position is part-time and night-shift oriented. The candidate should have an RN license in California and at least 1 year of psychiatric/mental health clinical experience.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• California RN license in good standing required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health settings.
• CPR with AED certification required.
• CPI training to be completed within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Initial Medical Screening Assessments for incoming patients.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff to direct patients to the appropriate level of care.
• Work the NOC shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am.
