Job summary

Diversified Services, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a dependable Intake Specialist to support clients applying for or receiving public assistance programs. The role involves front-desk duties, data entry, and coordination with case workers and staff on site.

You will learn and apply eligibility guidelines for TANF, NA, and Medicaid, and you will participate in classroom training plus on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome on-site visitors and determine the nature of their visit.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to all clients.
• Assist clients with application submission and general inquiries.
• Review client information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan and upload documents into client case files.
• Schedule client appointments and support caseworker workflows.
• Work independently and with team members; communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Data enter program applications and maintain daily activity reports.
