Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years professional experience in community services or administrative support.
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check and a driving history check.

Responsibilities

• Meets with and assists members from a diverse public; explains program requirements.
• Verifies eligibility for State and Federal Programs during intake.
• Provides clerical support to managers and supervisors as needed.
• Maintains EasyTrak client tracking and data collection records.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings; supports program delivery and reporting.
• Participates in community events and partnerships as required.
• Keeps offices tidy and professional; supports multiple CAFI locations.
