Job summary

Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) in Seattle, WA is hiring an Intake Navigator to guide clients through the initial steps of accessing immigration legal services. This full-time hybrid role combines onsite work at the MLK office with occasional remote work, fostering a welcoming and organized client experience.

You will gather information, coordinate consultations, collect payments, and ensure a smooth handoff to the legal team.

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, client service, intake, scheduling, or related experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow through.
Ability to handle confidential client information, documents, and payments accurately.
Spanish, Dari, or Pashto language skills are strongly valued.

Responsibilities

Monitor new client referrals and intake submissions.
Review submitted information and connect with prospective clients about next steps.
Create and maintain client profiles in eImmigration.
Coordinate consultations and appointments with attorneys or program staff.
Help clients understand what information is needed before their appointment.
Provide a welcoming, organized, and responsive first experience for clients.
