Qualifications

• HS Diploma (or GED) required.
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Good communication and confidentiality maintained.

Responsibilities

• Process phone calls and walk-ins, scheduling appointments and completing intakes.
• Process applications and other required paperwork for energy assistance.
• Provide services to clients and households and support program goals.
