Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking an Intake-I&R Worker to connect older adults, caregivers, and professionals with essential programs and services.

You will receive and document consumer intakes and provide accurate information and referrals in alignment with AGE and agency guidelines. This full-time role requires documenting intake activities in WellSky, assisting with call center coverage, and maintaining up-to-date resource materials.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Elder care or information and referral service experience helpful.
• Knowledge: Basic computer skills, MassHealth knowledge, and driver’s license required/desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and complete intakes for agency programs in a timely manner.
• Document intake activities accurately in WellSky and log calls per requirements.
• Collaborate with intake team to ensure adequate phone coverage for the Intake Call Center.
• Provide information and referral services by phone and in person to older adults and caregivers.
• Maintain and update the agency’s resource directory weekly.
