Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Engagement Governance & Adoption lead to own the ENE Central Intake and govern the flow between partner teams and Service Delivery. You will classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity, route them to the right execution partners, and ensure the context needed for successful outcomes.

You’ll also manage upward insights, uphold accountability for adoption, and collaborate with ECRM, Comms, Learning & Development, and Operational Excellence to deliver measurable impact

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, operational governance, engagement model design, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder intake or governance processes with clear ownership and outcomes.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and multi-org coordination in large workforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Own ENE Central Intake governance and improve its front-door experience for partner-to-Service Delivery engagements.
• Classify engagement types and sensitivity levels; route to appropriate execution partners with context.
• Manage upward flow of insights from Service Delivery to partner teams with clear framing.
• Coordinate with ECRM, Comms, L&D, and Operational Excellence as conditional execution partners.
• Ensure adoption accountability and track whether initiatives deliver intended results.
