Job summary

Intuit seeks an Engagement Governance & Adoption lead to own ENE Central Intake within the Consumer Group Expert Network, classifying requests by engagement type and sensitivity, and routing with context.

You will coordinate with ECRM, Comms, Learning & Development, and Operational Excellence to align and execute, ensuring insights reach the right partner teams and that governance is maintained from inception to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, operational governance, engagement model design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-stakeholder intake or governance processes.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks or multi-org coordination in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Own ENE Central Intake and governance for Expert Network engagement within the Consumer Group.
• Classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity; route with context to execution partners.
• Own upward flow: surface needs and issues with distilled, actionable insights to partner teams.
• Coordinate with ECRM, Comms, L&D, and Operational Excellence as conditional execution partners.
• Ensure COE involvement from inception and represent operational realities in design conversations.
