Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an Engagement Governance & Adoption lead to own ENE Central Intake and govern the flow between partner teams and Service Delivery within the Consumer Group Expert Network.

You will classify requests, assign sensitivity levels, and route to the right partners—ECRM, Comms, L&D, and Operational Excellence—with the needed context to execute. You will also manage upward flow of insights and ensure adoption accountability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, operational governance, engagement model design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-stakeholder intake or governance processes.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and multi-organization coordination is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own ENE Central Intake governance and continuous improvement for engagement routing.
• Classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity; route with context to execution partners.
• Own upward flow of insights and field intelligence to partner teams.
• Coordinate with ECRM, Comms, Learning & Development, and Operational Excellence as execution partners.
• Develop and approve narrative frameworks for Sensitive/Confidential engagements.
• Represent Service Delivery's operational reality in product and design discussions.
• Track adoption accountability and document bypass incidents to drive improvements.
