• 5–7 years of program management or governance experience in large organizations.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder intake and governance processes.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own Expert Network Central Intake and governance for partner-to-Service Delivery engagement within the Consumer Group Expert Network.
• Classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity; route with context to execution partners.
• Own upward flow of insights and field intelligence to partner teams with distilled framing.
• Coordinate with ECRM, Comms, Learning & Development, and Operational Excellence as execution partners.
• Assign sensitivity levels and develop narratives for Sensitive/Confidential engagements where needed.
• Involve COE from inception in product and development conversations to ensure executable designs.
• Own adoption accountability and document bypass incidents to demonstrate ENE value.
