Job summary

Intuit in San Diego, CA is seeking an Engagement Governance & Adoption lead to own ENE Central Intake and govern engagement flow across partner teams and Service Delivery. You’ll classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity, route with the right context, and coordinate with ECRM, Comms, L&D, and Operational Excellence to deliver outcomes.

You’ll also ensure upward flow of insights and stay accountable for adoption, bypass escalation logs, and represent Service Delivery needs in product

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program management and governance experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder intake in large organizations.
• Familiarity with change management and engagement governance models.
