Responsibilities

• Own ENE Central Intake governance and improve the front door for partner-to-service engagement.
• Classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity; route with context to execution partners.
• Own upward flow: distill field insights for partner teams in an actionable form.
• Coordinate with ECRM, Comms, L&D, and OpEx to ensure proper handoffs and alignment.
• Manage sensitivity framing and narrative consistency across communications.
