Job summary

Intuit seeks an Engagement Governance & Adoption lead to own ENE Central Intake for the Consumer Group Expert Network. You will classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity, route to the right execution partners, and ensure context for effective work across ECRM, Comms, L&D, and Ops Excellence.

You will also shape upward flow of insights, represent Service Delivery in product discussions from inception, and drive adoption accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, operational governance, engagement model design, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder intake or governance processes with accountability for outcomes.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and engagement governance in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own ENE Central Intake: classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity; route with context to execution partners.
• Coordinate with ECRM, Comms, L&D, and Operational Excellence to ensure proper handoff and governance.
• Manage sensitivity levels (Open, Internal, Sensitive, Confidential) and develop narratives for sensitive engagements.
• Represent Service Delivery's operational realities in product and design discussions from inception to rollout.
• Monitor adoption and create accountability for outcomes across partner engagements.
