Job summary

Intuit seeks an Engagement Governance & Adoption lead to own ENE Central Intake, the front door for partner-to-Service Delivery engagement within the Consumer Group Expert Network. You will classify requests by engagement type and sensitivity, then route them to ECRM, Comms, L&D, and Operational Excellence with proper context.

You will also manage upward flow, turning field insights into actionable guidance for partner teams, and ensure COE remains responsible for governance, not execution.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in program management or operational governance.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder intake or governance.
• Familiarity with change management or multi-org coordination in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Own ENE Central Intake and continuously improve governance.
• Classify incoming requests by engagement type and sensitivity level.
• Route requests to execution partners with the required context.
• Coordinate with ECRM, Comms, Learning & Development, and Operational Excellence.
• Represent Service Delivery in design conversations and ensure actionable insights.
