Job summary

Rytech Restoration is seeking a Client Services Intake and Dispatch Coordinator in Georgia. You will be the first voice customers hear and the hub connecting clients to our teams to keep every job moving from the initial call to final update.

You will manage call queues, dispatch requests to technicians, update systems, track progress, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders. This role requires empathy, precision, and the ability to handle high volumes with calm efficiency.

Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming call queues and provide professional, empathetic service to customers during high-stress situations.
• Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and internal platforms.
• Enter and update assignments, notes, and scheduling details across multiple systems.
• Track job status and ensure timely updates, including inspection schedules and milestones.
• Follow up on assignments and address delays or missing information before problems arise.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teammates.
• Maintain detailed, organized documentation for team visibility.
• Identify workflow gaps and flag them for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business.
