Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service, dispatch or administrative roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using multiple software and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming call queues with empathetic, professional service.
• Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and systems.
• Enter and update assignments, notes, and schedules across platforms.
• Track job status and communicate updates and milestones.
• Follow up on assignments to address delays or missing information.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians, customers, and team.
• Document workflows for visibility and continuous improvement.
• Support team as needed to meet business needs.
