Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast is seeking an Intake Manager in Fort Myers to welcome volunteers and families and guide them through enrollment. You will schedule interviews, fingerprinting, and enrollment appointments, manage calendars, and enter data in our MatchForce system.

Strong communication, organization, and administrative experience are essential. This full-time, non-exempt position offers $17–$20 per hour plus benefits, serving Lee, Hendry, and Collier Counties and

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet callers and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide volunteers and families through intake and enrollment.
• Schedule interviews, fingerprinting, and enrollment appointments.
• Manage calendars using Outlook and Acuity.
• Enter and maintain data in the MatchForce system.
• Follow up with potential volunteers and families to move the process forward.
• Complete reference checks and background screenings.
• Serve as liaison between volunteers, families, and mentor managers.
• Occasional evening/weekend support for agency events.
