Qualificações

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with families, volunteers, staff and community partners.
• Experience with client intake and customer service to manage inquiries and provide supportive intake experience.
• Knowledge of insurance and related social service or healthcare systems to help families navigate resources and referrals.
• Supervisory and leadership abilities, including coaching staff or volunteers and managing multiple cases or projects.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications and data systems.
• Commitment to family preservation, trauma-informed practice, and faith-informed community environment.
• Relevant education in social work, human services, counseling, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and volunteers and provide oversight of the intake process.
• Review and approve new intakes and coordinate with community and church partners.
• Track case progress and outcomes and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
