New England Life Care, Inc. is hiring an Intake Coordinator in Canton, MA. This entry-level role coordinates comprehensive care for patients receiving home infusion therapy.

Training is on-site with potential weekend rotations after training. A clear career ladder offers growth to Senior and Lead Intake Coordinator positions. The position includes benefits and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, with the possibility of partial on-site/remote work after training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Accurately compiles the initial Patient Profile for each therapy and distributes it to the healthcare team.
• Answers all incoming Intake Workgroup calls and documents each interaction.
• Communicates with pharmacy, reimbursement, and delivery staff; documents in patient files.
• Collaborates with Liaison/Care Coordination to ensure efficient discharge.
• Notifies teams of patient status changes and updates the clinical record accordingly.
• Maintains patient-related information in the clinical record as updates occur.
