NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator for our Ambulatory Services Division located in Haverhill, MA. The Intake Coordinator will support the Division Director, manage insurance verifications, and handle intake documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role requires at least one year of administrative intake experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a varying schedule including some evenings. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year administrative assistant/intake experience.
• Experience in a mental health environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Full-time position with varying schedule including some evenings.
• Docusign experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verifications for new and existing clients.
• Managing new clients in the EMR system.
• Completing intake documentation with clients.
• Referring new clients to clinicians for assessment and treatment.
• Entering client data into the EMR gateway.
• Maintaining client confidentiality per HIPAA.
