Children’s Specialized ABA in Eatontown, NJ is seeking an Intake Coordinator to guide new clients through onboarding for ABA services. You will collaborate with clinical staff and families to schedule, verify benefits, and ensure accurate data entry in our EHR system.

This full-time, on-site role offers standard hours and opportunities to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support children and families effectively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year+ intake/scheduling experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completing intake calls for new client referrals.
• Educating families about services provided.
• Verifying insurance benefits to determine eligibility.
• Communicating benefits and financial obligations to families.
• Accurate data entry in EHR and other software.
• Updating client availability for therapy.
• Scheduling adjustments to maximize authorizations.
• Coordinating schedules with team and families.
