Behavior Frontiers is seeking an Intake Success Coordinator in El Segundo, CA, to be the first contact for families seeking ABA services. You will handle high-volume calls, qualify leads, and guide families toward enrollment, while collaborating with Clinical, Sales, Recruitment, and Scheduling teams to ensure a smooth intake process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience closing leads and converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and inquiries, converting families into qualified enrollments.
• Communicate with prospective clients clearly and timely.
• Respond to referral sources and inbound leads to drive engagement and conversion timelines.
• Build trust and guide families in decision-making for services.
• Gather key information and qualify potential clients.
• Articulate the value of Behavior Frontiers' services to families.
• Create and maintain lead profiles in Salesforce with high data integrity.
• Deliver a positive customer experience for every family.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Sales, Recruitment, and Scheduling teams.
• Maintain relationships with diagnosticians and healthcare providers to sustain lead generation.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
