Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Eatontown, NJ, is seeking a Center Administrator to oversee daily operations of the ABA clinic and support BTs and RBTs.

This full-time on-site role emphasizes staff coaching, onboarding, scheduling, and coordinating with the intake team to manage capacity.

You’ll engage with families, maintain a positive work environment, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality care program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in an ABA Clinic.
• Must have 2 or more years leadership experience.
• Reliability - ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week.
• Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the ABA clinic.
• Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment for all staff. Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment.
• Coordinates new hire orientation/onboarding and staff training.
• Coordinate with intake department regarding capacity.
• Employee coaching, supervision, management.
• Manage staff and family complaints.
• Coordinate related services (Speech and OT).
• Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program.
• Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs.
• Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions.
• Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages.
• Call families to cancel sessions, if needed.
• Approve clinic staff PTO and ensure company policies are being followed.
• Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback.
• Create and maintain employee retention programs.
• Other duties as assigned
