Zusammenfassung

Centria Autism is seeking an Intake Specialist to initiate contact and support clients through the intake process for ABA therapy. The role requires strong time management, results orientation, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities include building relationships with families, guiding them through diagnosis, handling high volumes of communications, and ensuring confidential client file management. Compliance with policies and procedures is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Two to three years of inside sales or phone-based experience.
• Successful sales conversations and sales presentations experience.
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work in Sales and/or Healthcare

Aufgaben

• Receive initial connections with clients and develop strong relationships with families.
• Guide families through the diagnosis and intake process.
• Manage a high volume of communication with new and existing families waiting for a diagnosis.
• Follow up with all logistics-related communication from initial intake call to completed assessment.
• Categorize client needs, clarify information, resolve, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Communicate statuses on all leads and referrals and report progress.
• Create and maintain accurate and confidential client files in systems (e.g., SalesForce, CareConnect).
• Communicate effectively with team members for coordinated workflow.
• Obtain signatures on start-of-care documents.
• Schedule Initial Assessment appointments with families in coordination with Operations/Clinical teams.
• Participate in major projects and the implementation of new initiatives and processes.
• Adhere to Centria's Code of Conduct and all policies and laws.
• Report violations of policies or the Code of Conduct.
