Responsibilities

• Oversee staff within Lake County (Visitation, Office clerks, HBCW).
• Maintain an in-office schedule.
• Create Home-Based Case Work/SV folders and manage cases via regional Excel sheets.
• Load/review clients into Case Management Pro as ADMIN (case name, members, referrals, services needed).
• Update and organize Referral Binder cancellations by region (open and closed cases).
• Create employee folders and monitor group chats for notes.
