Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience or training; equivalent combination accepted.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls for urgency and appropriateness of therapy referrals.
• Complete contact sheet, assign clinical duties, and finish appropriate paperwork.
• Administer grant applications and inform client of financial responsibility.
• Complete benefits recovery procedures and enter new client information into the computer.
• Enter updates and data changes into the system as requested by billing.
