Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a Scheduling & Intake Coordinator to coordinate caregiver and client schedules, respond to inquiries, and support caregiver recruitment. The role emphasizes organized communication by phone and video, with attention to detailed scheduling and data entry.

You will manage intake, coordinate assessments, and ensure timely follow-up of prospective clients, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM and staying responsive within a fast-paced home care

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional and comfortable communicating by telephone, text, email, and video.
• Ability to handle multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning scheduling, CRM, and other online systems.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote workspace.

• Dependable and responsive during scheduled working hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain caregiver/client schedules with accuracy.
