You will review insurance coverage, obtain prior authorizations for infusion services, and coordinate benefits with payers and internal clinical teams to prevent delays in care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and payer interactions.
• Experience with patient intake, front desk support, and registration with accuracy and respect.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits verification and prior authorization processes.
• Attention to detail for data entry and authorization management.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management systems; HIPAA compliance.
• Healthcare administration or revenue cycle background preferred.
• High school diploma required; additional certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and collect demographic and medical information.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations for infusion services.
• Coordinate benefits with payers and internal teams.
• Address patient and provider inquiries regarding coverage and costs.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
