Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school in any U.S. state.
Excellent phone presence and people skills.
Ability to explain who we are and how we work clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for VIP referral-source clients.
Conduct brief intake calls, usually under ten minutes, to explain firm services and next steps.
Ensure engagement integrity; verify client identity before countersignature.
Support intake team with attorney judgment on questions arising during intake.
Seamlessly hand off matters to intake, case-management, and the attorney handling the file.
Maintain warmth, empathy, and professionalism in every call.
