This full-time role welcomes a J.D. from any accredited U.S. law school, offers in-person, hybrid, or full-remote work, and values warmth, empathy, and professional judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent phone presence and people skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
• Sound judgment and strong ethical instincts.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for VIP referral-source clients.
• Conduct a brief intake call and explain who we are and how we work.
• Confirm client identity and ensure engagement is valid before countersignature.
• Serve as a resource to the intake team with legal judgment.
• Hand new matters off to intake, case-management, and attorney.
