Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar License in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in criminal defense, personal injury, workers' compensation, plaintiff litigation, pre-litigation, or legal intake.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective clients.
• Evaluate criminal defense, personal injury, and workers' compensation matters.
• Identify legal issues, liabilities, deadlines, and risks.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
• Explain legal options clearly and guide engagement and retainer processes.
• Help convert consultations into retained clients while maintaining ethics.
