Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a full-time Intake Advocate to be the first voice for VIP referral-source clients. You will explain who we are, answer questions honestly, and guide applicants through the intake process in plain English.

This client-facing role requires a J.D. from any accredited U.S. law school, with optional in-person, hybrid, or full-remote work arrangements. Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus and on-call rotation participation is expected.

Qualifications

• J.D. from any accredited law school in any U.S. state.
• Option of in-person, hybrid, or full-remote work; location does not matter.
• Excellent phone presence and people skills; warm and effective in stressful moments.
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus for intake calls.
• Willingness to take turns in a shared on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to explain the firm’s work clearly and answer questions honestly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for VIP referral-source clients; take calls promptly.
• Run a brief intake call under ten minutes; explain the firm and next steps clearly.
• Protect the integrity of engagements; verify client identity before countersignatures.
• Serve as a resource to the intake team with attorney-level judgment.
• Hand new matters off cleanly to intake, case-management, and the attorney handling the file.
• Bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every call during sensitive claims.
